How could I check DLR Reports?
Admin You are provided DLR report for each & every mobile number submitted on our SMS gateway account provided to you by our team through proper channel.
Two types of DLR Reports are provided for text Messages: DLR can be downloaded in the excel format.
1. Report by Push – This report contains excel sheet having two fields – one for Mobile number & other for DLR Status
2. Complete Report – This report provides you complete details in excel sheet including Mobile Number, SMS ID, DLR Status, Submission time, DLR update time, SMS content etc.
Two options of DLR Reports are shown below- You need to select any one of them as per your requirement. By default, it will be shown “Complete Report”.
