If SMS are not getting delivered from user/ reseller account, not to worry at all!! First try at your level best by sending single SMS to one or two mobile numbers because often it is seen that SMS does not get delivered due to week signal strength or poor network connectivity.
If still issue is not resolved, just either get connected with your account manager or open a support ticket to get immediate action to address your reported issue.
